George Rosamond

George Rosamond is a systems administrator by craft, focused on areas such as privacy and anonymity, while always looking for creative ways to solve problems.

Over the years, he's managed to eat by way of managing systems, maintaining a small colocation firm and doing various privacy related projects.

He is one of the founders of and continues to be on the admin group of the New York City BSD User Group (www.nycbug.org). NYCBUG's achievements since 2004 are many: five BSDCons, regular monthly meetings, fundraising for the BSD projects, a data center cabinet full of *BSD-related projects, and a pretty consistent ability to manoeuver a BSD-agnosticism.
