For sometime now, the NetBSD project has been wanting to integrate its codebase with regular Coverity scans for code analysis to improve security and code efficiencies. In this talk, I will go through the stages for NetBSD devs to run coverity scans on the NetBSD source, and then reveal some important fixes that have been made in both the kernel and userland with the aid of the tool.
