Michael MacInnis

By day, Michael MacInnis is a mild-mannered civil servant. By night (well, evenings, weekends, and public holidays), he works on the surprisingly powerful Unix shell, oh.

Michael's first open-source operating system was FreeBSD 4.8. He is also a fan of the Unix shell (in its many and various forms), the Go programming language, C, Python and Redis.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta and a Master of Computing Science degree from the Ottawa-Carleton Institute for Computer Science.
