Details

  1. Q: I'm not very technical. Can I attend?

A: Yes, of course. Anyone is welcome to attend

  2. Q: I have never contributed to any of the BSDs. Can I attend? I am interested in becoming a contributor and in learning more about the BSDs in general. I've used FreeBSD as my primary desktop for the past two years or so, and I think the conference sounds like a lot of fun.

I am a software engineer and enjoy working on various personal projects in my spare time.

Would I be welcome to attend the conference?

A: Yes, of course. Anyone is welcome to attend regardless of experience.

  3. Q: Will I get a receipt?

A: Yes, when you check-in at registration

  4. Q: Should I bring my laptop?

A: By all means, yes, bring your laptop. We will be providing both wired and wireless connections. Bring your wireless card, or a CAT5 cable to plug into our hubs.
